Hermes is the intelligent layer of my home server: it connects private applications, Home Assistant, and my Obsidian second brain instead of remaining trapped in a chat. The goal is to query, understand, and act on household services through natural interfaces while keeping data and infrastructure under my control.

Hermes is not a chatbot added to a product. It is the layer that understands a request, selects the right tool, and acts across my private services.

A focused web app for managing groceries together: a categorized list, quantities, purchase history, and a catalog of recurring items.
Notifications surface products we have not bought in a while. The next input is voice: smart speaker → Hermes → list.
Shared finance · Running
A private dashboard bringing accounts, transactions, balances to verify, and financial reminders into one readable view.
It is a temporary household solution while waiting for the release of Moneta OS. The screenshot uses privacy mode, so no real amounts are visible.
Home infrastructure
The ecosystem runs on a Proxmox home server. DNS, proxying, and remote access are part of the product: they let the agent reach services without exposing them directly to the internet.
